Today we conducted a workshop with the Undergraduate Admissions counselors on the topic of writing proposals for a range of tasks and goals. In the workshop itself, we led counselors through activities specifically focused on writing proposals to attend relevant conferences in their field.
In addition to the workshop materials we provided, the counselors also requested further information, including more on citing sources of information, advice on writing conference presentation proposals (.pdf), and on DePaul brand resources (which, in response to one of the counselor’s queries, do not appear to require any specific DePaul branding for conference presentation slideshows by DePaul Faculty, Staff, or Students).
