Welcome back Scrawl Nation! For this episode of Scrawl, we delved into the rhetoric of Beyonce’s Lemonade.
Typically, we have a segment called the Rhetoric of Pop at the conclusion of the show. It’s a moment when we take a top hit on the Billboard Hot 100 and analyze it. This week, Ryan, Kate, Brendan, and Robert decided to extend the segment to include the entire show; and rather than analyze the rhetoric of one song, we chose the entirety of Beyonce’s already critically acclaimed album, “Lemonade.” The full episode is located below:
